Tomorrow at 3pm, Commissioner David Stout of El Paso County Precinct 2 will host a press conference at Sacred Heart Church to discuss the establishment of the Segundo Barrio National Register Historic District four days ago.
The meeting will be held in Carlos Pinto Plaza, just behind Sacred Heart Church, off Father Rahm St.
