Debbie Torres, who was the opponent of Rep. Claudia Rodriguez when she first ran for office, just issued a media release endorsing her opponent Art Fierro for City District 6.
Torres grew up in the District 6 area and has lived in East El Paso consecutively for the last 22 years.
She is a prominent conservative and has advocated strongly for fiscal discipline and better administration at all levels of government.
She trusts Fierro more than Rodriguez, who raised our property tax, to stop the tax hikes and restrain wasteful spending.
