Former City Rep. Claudia Lizette Rodriguez is supposed to appear before the Ethics Review Commission today at 5:30pm but has issued a defiant press release announcing her intention to not attend.
For the record, Dr. Max Grossman is not a resident of of District 6 and did not file the complaint against her. The complaint was filed by District 6 resident Tom Laign.
