Deborah Paz worked for the election campaign of Rep. Cassandra Hernandez in 2020.
She formed a PAC called Women’s Voices for Political Reform, which has the same address as the political consulting firm of Hernandez’s husband, Jeremy Jordan.
Thus, she is connected to both Hernandez and Jordan.
Paz filed an ethics complaint against City Rep. Alexsandra Annello, which was dismissed.
She filed an ethics complaint against Chief Internal Auditor Edmundo Calderon, which was dismissed.
She filed a petition to recall Rep. Joe Molinar, who was admonished for asking a City employee to dance twice, but she failed to gather signatures and her effort failed.
She also filed an ethics complaint against Rep. Brian Kennedy, which will be heard on October 30 at 5:30pm, according to the attached letter from the City’s outside counsel, Frank Garza.
Paz is batting zero, so don’t expect any improvement after going up against Kennedy, who has done absolutely nothing wrong.
Of course, Hernandez and Jordan are behind the curtain, and they will use every means at their disposal to harm their political opponents.
As previously announced, the ethics complaint against former City Rep. Claudia Lizette Rodriguez will be heard November 8.
