Ryan Woodcraft is the Libertarian candidate for County Precinct 1 and is a fierce advocate for fiscal discipline and lower taxes.

He faces progressive Democrat Jackie Michelle Butler, who wants bigger government and more spending, and disgraced Republican Claudia Lizette Rodriguez, who voted to raise taxes while on City Council and was reprimanded for abusing her City gas card privileges.

Woodcraft has assembled a formidable team and is extremely busy blockwalking Precinct 1 and spreading his message.

Chase Oliver, the Libertarian candidate for President of the United States, endorsed Woodcraft after making a visit to El Paso.

Nick Sarwark, Former Chair of the Libertarian National Committee, claims that “Ryan Woodcraft is the most electable Libertarian in the nation, and he’s in a very winnable race.”

Woodcraft was recently endorsed by the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors and the El Paso Municipal Police Officers Association, much to the shock and horror of the Butler campaign.

He was also endorsed by Representative Joe Molinar of City District 4, one of the most fiscally conservative leaders ever to serve on City Council.

Given the ongoing spending binge of the County Commissioners Court, which plans to authorize more than $894 million in new debt, it is time for a committed Libertarian to step in and stop the insanity.
