“A national construction company involved in building the problem-plagued William Beaumont Army Medical Center complex will lead the construction of a new main medical center for the El Paso Veterans Affairs Health Care System. […]
Clark was part of a joint venture that was the prime contractor for construction of the $1.5 billion Beaumont hospital and clinic complex at Fort Bliss — plagued by years of construction delays and millions of dollars in cost overruns. It opened in July 2021. It was originally scheduled to open in April 2017.”
