Colonel (Ret.) Cary Westin will begin his new position as Interim City Manager tomorrow, June 1.
June 29 will be the last day of work for City Manager Tommy Gonzalez, who was fired by City Council on February 28.
Will Col. Westin present a budget in August that does not raise our property tax?
That will be his test.
