Brian Kennedy is running for District 1 and he just launched his campaign webpage.
It is hard to imagine a candidate for City office with more relevant and substantive experience and more financial acumen. He is in every respect I can think of an anti-Svarzbein in his political agenda, which focuses on fiscal discipline, administrative restructuring, and absolute honesty.
This much is clear. He will be no friend of those Oligarchs who hope to continue with business as usual, and he is not for sale.
His webpage is remarkably complete, and full of important information.
I especially like his “Fact or Fiction” section in which he reveals the truth about our City budget and property tax.
Brian is intelligent, articulate, and focused.
I feel sorry for anyone who is planning to run against this man.
