On June 15, the Dallas City Council will vote on whether to terminate City Manager T. C. Broadnax, who earns $410,000 per year.
See the notice below by Mayor Eric Johnson, who clearly understands that the City Manager reports to him and the City Council reps, and not vice-versa.
Among the problems cited by Mayor Johnson are “a lack of substantial property tax relief in proposed budgets despite rising property values,” “declining resident satisfaction with city services,” and a “lack of communication on major issues.”
