A PAC called El Pasoans for Truth and Transparency has sent out a mailer to thousands of homes in City District 5 targeting incumbent Isabel Salcido for voting to raise our property tax three times, issue $389,000,000 in certificates of obligation, and support the City Manager and his salary.
Now that it is election time, Salcido is desperately trying to convince her constituents that she is fiscally responsible but her tax-and-spend voting record indicates the opposite.
