Former Mayoral candidate David Saucedo II graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota on May 31 and delivered the commencement address before his class of 370 graduates.
We previously reported that Saucedo and his wife tragically lost their three-year-old daughter Ivanna on September 3, 2019 due to what they allege was negligence on the part of University Medical Center and its physicians. Their lawsuit is making its way through the courts.
In his commencement address, Saucedo cites his painful loss and his desire to become an attorney so that he can help his fellow citizens seek justice, much as his own attorneys are working for his family.
