Dear Friends and Media,
This past May 2 marked five years since the City began litigation over the “Arena” when it filed the first lawsuit in Travis County, so now we are in year six, with no end in sight.
On December 22, 2021 the City of El Paso filed a Petition for Review with the Supreme Court of Texas, again engaging outside counsel.
My attorneys filed my Response on May 27, 2022.
I have attached both the City’s Petition and my Response to this email.
I have no comment at this time.
