Provision 6.1(d) of the attached contract between City Manager Tommy Gonzalez and the City of El Paso is titled “Termination of Manager’s Employment Without Good Cause” and states:
“The City may terminate the Manager’s employment under this Agreement without ‘good cause’ as defined above and after providing Manager with not less than 120 days written notice of its intent to terminate his employment.”
Please write to the Mayor and City Council and urge that Tommy Gonzalez be terminated and replaced on Tuesday, under agenda item 23:
