Texas is the fastest growing state in the nation, with an economy larger than Russia’s, but El Paso has seen a net population loss of 6,000 residents since 2017.

This is not because of the “brain drain,” as Renard Johnson and his supporters want you to believe, but because of the meteoric increase in our property tax, which is driving El Pasoans to leave in record numbers.

Unfortunately, this last election has delivered our City to a gang of tax-and-spend progressives who serve the big developers and their bankers and attorneys, so we can look forward to an additional tax increase in 2025.
