The El Paso Times published an essay claiming the proposed Debt Plaza over I-10 is a “strategic investment in our physical and mental well-being” that will encourage El Pasoans to exercise and help lower “anxiety, depression and stress.”
But wouldn’t the resulting increase in our property tax force us to work more and exercise less while increasing our anxiety, depression and stress?
Never mind…
