KVIA reported at 5:00pm today that Jeremy Jordan assaulted Rafael Alvarado, the Legislative Aide of his wife, City Rep. Cassandra Hernandez. The incident occurred on October 22, the second day of early voting for the November 5 General Election.

According to KVIA, Jordan beat Alvarado and injured four parts of his body, leaving him with wounds and a concussion. Jordan was booked and posted a bond of $1,000.

The case number is 2024-PFILE11539.

This is not Jordan’s first brush with the law. He was arrested and charged in December 2015 on suspicion of assault family violence and criminal mischief, which resulted in his termination as legislative aide to City Rep. Cortney Niland of District 8. All charges were dismissed in April 2016.

We expect the police report, with all the salacious details, to be made public shortly.

Watch KVIA at 6pm for more details. We recommend buttered popcorn and a 6-pack of Budweiser!
