Aaron Montes of KTSM 9 News reports: “City staff made the recommendation to sever an active agreement with the bank and its subsidiaries, including WestStar Title, LLC, based on findings from the Real Estate Department. WestStar had violated its contract terms and conditions, according to a presentation posted on the city’s agenda.”
The City claimed yesterday’s item was removed from the Consent Agenda pending additional administrative review.
