Make no mistake about it. This is happening because Mayor Renard Johnson and most of City Council intentionally and repeatedly deceived the voting public about our property tax, bragging about lowering the “tax rate” while skyrocketing property valuations caused an increase in our effective property tax.

Apparently the State of Texas agrees that our City is ruled by liars!
